- Oversee office administration and facilities management
- Collaborate with Local People Advisor and Office Lead
- Ensure efficient service and program delivery
- Support People Advisors, CoEs, and People Operations
- Drive change in people teams
- Manage general administrative and secretarial tasks
- Handle reception duties
- Manage local attendance and sick leave reporting
- Process travel expense reports
- Provide payroll support
- Plan and execute employee events
- Prepare and support internal and external meetings
- Manage local vendors and SLAs
- Control inventory and storage
- Implement ergonomic initiatives
- Manage physical security and access control
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations
- Ensure employee data integrity
- Implement relevant trainings
- Maintain Health and Safety compliance
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Work with benefits vendors and brokers
- Collaborate with the people operations team
