Tasks
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to uncover customer needs
- Develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives
- Deliver tailored demos and presentations to stakeholders
- Lead pilot programs to validate functionality and integration
- Act as a trusted advisor, resolving technical blockers
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams
- Maintain accurate documentation for proposed solutions
- Capture customer feedback to inform product development
