Requirements
- •4+ years of experience in payment solutions, ERP integration, or fintech
- •Proven experience in B2B sales enablement
- •Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite), expense management platforms (Concur, Emburse, Cytric), and procurement tools (Coupa, SAP Ariba)
- •Expertise in virtual cards, payment automation, reconciliation workflows, and financial compliance
- •Experience working with issuers like AirPlus, Citi, and global financial service providers
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Project management experience
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Manage the sales process for HRS payment solutions in DACH
- •Demo HRS payment solutions during the sales process
- •Develop detailed proposals for clients
- •Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
- •Present payment solution architectures aligned with client IT systems
- •Partner with clients and product management to understand payment and ERP requirements
- •Design tailored solutions to drive efficiency and value
- •Serve as the main technical liaison during the pre-sales process
- •Ensure solutions meet client requirements and industry best practices
- •Develop multi-market roll-out plans with the implementation team
- •Validate solutions with key decision makers from the customer side
- •Align with the delivery team for technical implementation
- •Orchestrate necessary ecosystem partners proactively
- •Develop business cases showcasing ROI for clients
- •Guide customers through the contracting process until signature
