Requirements

  • Several years experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS, ideally with global customers
  • Strong strategic, consultative, solution-based selling capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multinational, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to translate complex technology and business models into customer value propositions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, executive communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to drive data-informed decisions
  • High adaptability, ownership mentality, comfort in fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
  • Occasional travel

Tasks

  • Own global relationships for strategic accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and program success.
  • Ensure sustained value across global initiatives.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build long-term executive partnerships.
  • Position HRS as a strategic partner.
  • Embed HRS technology into global programs.
  • Enable cost optimization, compliance, and traveler satisfaction.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth for HRS.
  • Define and manage global customer strategies.
  • Align HRS initiatives with client objectives and industry trends.
  • Monitor account health, program performance, and value realization.
  • Proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions.
  • Identify, qualify, and drive expansion opportunities.
  • Develop compelling ROI cases and value narratives.
  • Position new HRS solutions strategically.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers.
  • Lead and coordinate complex matrix organizations.
  • Drive successful global rollouts and initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment, timelines, and program outcomes.
