Tasks

  • Own customer's total travel spend across all categories.
  • Manage both managed and unmanaged travel spend.
  • Guide customers through the Copilot AI platform.
  • Ensure understanding and adoption of 'next best actions'.
  • Facilitate effective execution of 'next best actions'.
  • Optimize customer outcomes against set targets.
  • Drive measurable value creation for clients.
  • Connect business goals to data and insights.
  • Strengthen customer relationships.
  • Lead local negotiations with preferred suppliers.
  • Optimize customer-specific hotel programs.
  • Deepen customer engagement.
  • Expand HRS' footprint within client accounts.
  • Support Customer Success Managers in upsell and cross-sell.
  • Map key customer stakeholders.
  • Manage key customer stakeholders.
  • Build strong internal networks.
  • Identify expansion opportunities.
  • Consult clients on strategic goals.
  • Advise on savings, satisfaction, sustainability, and compliance.
  • Lead RFP negotiations for customer hotel programs.
  • Conduct targeted re-negotiations with hotels.
  • Ground recommendations in performance data and insights.
