Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in social media or digital communications
  • Strong experience in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation
  • Experience with analytics and performance measurement in social media
  • Exposure to multimedia content creation or coordination
  • At least four years managing a team
  • At least five years experience dealing with or managing creative agencies
  • Strong strategic and operational understanding of social media ecosystems
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful campaigns
  • Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into decisions
  • Good understanding of how multimedia enhances social media performance
  • Ability to manage content pipelines across multiple contributors and stakeholders
  • Strong editorial judgement and storytelling ability

Tasks

  • Develop coherent, narrative-driven social media strategy
  • Plan and coordinate integrated social media campaigns
  • Ensure structured, proactive content planning
  • Manage campaign frameworks and evaluation approaches
  • Lead social media planning cycles and thematic series
  • Define and monitor performance indicators
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Provide creative direction for social media content
  • Design consistent content formats and storytelling approaches
  • Translate complex content into compelling social media outputs
  • Utilize multimedia formats to enhance storytelling
  • Guide development of platform-appropriate multimedia assets
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for content production
  • Promote efficient reuse of multimedia assets
  • Establish programme-level governance and standards
  • Develop guidelines and best-practice resources
  • Advise regional offices on social media planning
  • Ensure global consistency with regional adaptation
  • Introduce and manage digital and AI tools
  • Explore new social formats and platform features
