Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or equivalent
- Professional experience in stakeholder relations, outreach, or membership/network development with international organizations or cross-border projects
- Proven track record within or across European institutions, networks, civil society, or multi-stakeholder platforms, engaging diverse actors across European countries and cultural contexts
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across cultural and sectoral boundaries
- Excellent networking ability with existing or readily buildable European professional network
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in one or more additional European languages (e.g. French, Spanish) as a strong advantage
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Tasks
- Lead membership growth and development in Europe
- Analyse current membership landscape for gaps
- Identify and engage potential new members
- Design and implement outreach strategies
- Develop and execute engagement plans
- Build and maintain strong member relationships
- Deliver high-quality member services
- Keep members informed on FSC processes and topics
- Provide guidance and training to members
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for European members
