Tasks

  • Oversee end-to-end managed services delivery
  • Manage small to medium complexity contracts
  • Ensure services meet agreed SLAs
  • Act as the primary client contact
  • Tailor services to client business objectives
  • Collaborate with technical teams on incidents
  • Monitor and assess client satisfaction regularly
  • Develop account strategies for client retention
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage new service implementations and upgrades
