Tasks
- Lead delivery teams across the DACH market
- Ensure high-quality execution for clients
- Take ownership of delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage commercial outcomes and client engagement
- Represent Experian during delivery and in-life service
- Prioritize and make decisions for DACH market delivery
- Lead escalations and senior client communications
- Ensure resolution and transparency in client issues
- Account for end-to-end delivery performance
- Manage delivery readiness, governance, and risk
- Achieve KPIs for in-market projects
- Oversee go-live, hypercare, and post-production support
- Monitor and protect delivery margins
- Maintain cost awareness
- Plan and manage regional capacity and resources
- Guide market-level improvements
- Contribute to global delivery standards
- Directly manage the delivery team
- Ensure team performance and outcomes
- Handle people leadership, performance management, and training
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
