Tasks

  • Represent Experian during delivery and in-life service
  • Prioritize and make decisions for DACH market delivery
  • Lead escalations and senior client communications
  • Ensure resolution and transparency in client issues
  • Account for end-to-end delivery performance
  • Manage delivery readiness, governance, and risk
  • Achieve KPIs for in-market projects
  • Oversee go-live, hypercare, and post-production support
  • Monitor and protect delivery margins
  • Maintain cost awareness
  • Plan and manage regional capacity and resources
  • Guide market-level improvements
  • Contribute to global delivery standards
  • Directly manage the delivery team
  • Ensure team performance and outcomes
  • Handle people leadership, performance management, and training
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
