IT Service Delivery Manager for Western Europe & Head of IT Germany(m/w/x)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service management, project management, team leadership
  • Strong technical experience in cloud infrastructures (MS Azure/GCP preferred) and workplace IT
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Appropriate ITIL qualification
  • Experience of project management methodologies (onboarding, initiation)
  • Demonstrated experience with IT-Security practices and compliance frameworks (ISO27001, GDPR)
  • Experience in global, multi-cultural, distributed teams
  • Proficiency in other European languages (plus)
  • Willingness to travel within Western Europe
  • Strategic thinking and implementation of scalable, supportable, secure solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative teamwork skills
  • Innovative mindset and focus on continuous improvement

Tasks

  • Oversee IT service delivery across Western Europe
  • Ensure operational excellence and seamless IT support
  • Adhere to global standards, policies, and local regulations
  • Lead technical support teams in Western Europe
  • Liaise for local projects and business requirements
  • Drive technology contribution to German business outcomes
  • Support implementation of global and regional initiatives
  • Align initiatives with Colliers Technology standards
  • Align local initiatives with commercial technology strategy
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices
  • Manage Incident, Request, Change, and Problem processes
  • Drive performance of the Support team
  • Ensure efficient IT service delivery meets SLAs
  • Assess IT project requirements and feasibility
  • Plan and manage IT project implementation within budget
  • Collaborate with global and local teams on projects
  • Manage local external IT supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with Procurement Director on supplier management
  • Provide input for and maintain IT policies
  • Ensure implementation of IT controls and security processes
  • Meet global and local regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and support German Technical Support Specialists
  • Drive performance and development of German team
  • Monitor key service metrics
  • Drive service improvements
  • Ensure adherence to Colliers Technology standards
  • Identify areas to simplify and standardize existing technology
  • Liaise between IT and business stakeholders
  • Manage IT service escalations
  • Partner with Head of Commercial Technology EMEA
  • Identify new business requirements for commercial strategy
  • Determine country-level project delivery
  • Promote a learning culture within the team
  • Encourage continuous development and knowledge sharing
  • Facilitate "TechExperts" business training events
  • Maximize value from technology investments
  • Produce monthly service reports
  • Coordinate Monthly Service Review Meetings
  • Review team performance against SLAs
