- Fluent German and English
Tasks
- Lead delivery teams across the DACH market
- Ensure high-quality execution for clients
- Take ownership of delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage commercial outcomes and client engagement
- Represent Experian during delivery and in-life service
- Prioritize and make delivery decisions for the DACH market
- Lead escalations and senior client communications
- Ensure resolution and transparency in client issues
- Be accountable for end-to-end project performance
- Ensure delivery readiness and governance
- Manage risk and achieve KPIs
- Oversee go-live, hypercare, and post-production support
- Monitor and protect commercial margins
- Plan and manage regional capacity and resources
- Guide market-level improvements and global standards
- Directly manage the delivery team
- Ensure team performance and outcomes
- Handle people leadership, including performance management
- Provide training and ensure compliance
- Clarify priorities, roles, and expectations
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
