Requirements

  • •Proven experience in service capacity planning

  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2/PMP, or Azure/AWS Cloud
  • •Ability to work effectively in a complex, collaborative matrix environment
  • •Strong command of spoken and written English
  • •Occasional travel of up to 30%
  • •Valid work and residence permit for non-EU applicants

Tasks

  • •Facilitate regular service review meetings with vendors and internal teams
