Requirements
- •Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- •3–6 years of experience in contract management, legal counsel roles, or service contract administration
- •Experience managing and negotiating warranty claims
- •Strong understanding of commercial contract structures, risk allocation, warranties, liability frameworks, and service-level obligations
- •Experience drafting and negotiating complex technical or service agreements
- •Ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Fluent in English and additional European language
- •Experience in renewable energy, BESS, or power infrastructure
- •Familiarity with O&M operations, asset management, or technical service processes
- •Experience working in a global or multicultural environment

Tasks
- •Draft, review, and negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- •Negotiate Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs)
- •Manage O&M contracts and warranty agreements
- •Handle post-COD service addendums
- •Manage and resolve warranty claims under performance warranties
- •Enforce and document contractual rights and obligations
- •Lead contract risk assessments
- •Advise Service and Commercial teams on contract strategy
- •Support dispute management and claims handling
- •Interpret contractual obligations
- •Ensure contractual terms align with company policies and regulations
- •Maintain contract templates and compliance frameworks with the Legal team
- •Implement processes required under FSR, ESG, and export controls
- •Evaluate technical data and operational KPIs during warranty-claim assessments
- •Prepare and negotiate warranty claim submissions for customers and suppliers
- •Support tender responses related to service scope and warranties
- •Monitor contract performance and warranty periods
- •Assist in customer meetings regarding contract execution and claims
- •Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on contractual deliverables
