Requirements
- •Engineering degree (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) or Commercial degree, or equivalent knowledge
- •Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management for EPC/BOP in renewable energy
- •Proven experience with EPC and BOP contract models and technical services contracting
- •Fluency in English; other languages are a strong advantage
- •Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools
- •Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed

- •Monitor contract performance and manage risks, claims, and disputes
- •Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams for proactive contract management
- •Provide strategic input on contracting trends and market pricing benchmarks
