Ensure BESS availability, degradation, and dispatch optimization
Define operational procedures and safety standards
Enforce maintenance strategies for battery assets
Optimize revenue by collaborating with trading and market teams
Manage relationships with EPC contractors, O&M providers, OEMs, and grid operators
Oversee asset performance reporting and KPI dashboards
Provide actionable insights to senior management and investors
Conduct root cause analysis of operational incidents
Resolve technical issues and warranty claims
Monitor regulatory and grid code developments
Ensure operational compliance with EMEA regulations
Build scalable operational processes
Develop digital tooling for portfolio growth
Monitor market requirements
Develop new service offerings
Support go-to-market strategies
