Sales Manager Germany - Projects(m/w/x)
Managing PV sales opportunities for project developers and EPCs at a photovoltaic solution platform. 3-5 years PV sales or project development experience, native German and fluent English essential. Regular travel across Germany to project sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 3–5 years' experience in PV sales or project development, ideally with some exposure to utility-scale projects
- Understanding of PV policies, standards, and market dynamics in Germany
- Native German and fluent English
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Structured, proactive, and results-driven working style
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Regular travel within Germany
- Occasional travel within Europe as required
Tasks
- Support and manage PV sales opportunities from development to contract signature
- Build and maintain relationships with project developers, EPCs, technical advisors, and key stakeholders
- Participate in contract negotiations with customers under senior sales leadership guidance
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the German PV projects market
- Contribute to the execution of regional sales strategy and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Logistics, and Operations teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting
