Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- •3–5 years' experience in PV sales or project development, ideally with some exposure to utility-scale projects
- •Understanding of PV policies, standards, and market dynamics in Germany
- •Native German and fluent English
- •Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- •Structured, proactive, and results-driven working style
- •Ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
- •Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- •Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- •Regular travel within Germany
- •Occasional travel within Europe as required

Tasks
- •Support and manage PV sales opportunities from development to contract signature
- •Build and maintain relationships with project developers, EPCs, technical advisors, and key stakeholders
- •Participate in contract negotiations with customers under senior sales leadership guidance
- •Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the German PV projects market
- •Contribute to the execution of regional sales strategy and marketing initiatives
- •Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Logistics, and Operations teams for smooth project execution
- •Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting
