Requirements

  • Proven hunter with track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience in enterprise B2B fintech/financial software or working-capital/SCF solutions
  • Domain fluency in working capital, Supply Chain Finance / Receivables Finance / Payables Finance, or adjacent areas (treasury, cash management, trade, payments)
  • Executive selling skills
  • Comfort with multi-stakeholder, consultative value selling
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Credibility at C-suite level
  • European market experience
  • Ability to navigate diverse regulatory, legal, and procurement landscapes
  • Self-starter operating style
  • Outcomes-driven approach
  • Precise forecasting ability
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments
  • Experience working with or selling into funders/banks participating in receivables/payables programs
  • Exposure to industries with strong SCF adoption (e.g., Manufacturing, Business Services, Logistics, Energy/Resources, Fintechs with assets)
  • Success launching or scaling new propositions across DACH region

Tasks

  • Hunt and close new logos across DACH.
  • Build executive-level relationships.
  • Segment priority industries and markets.
  • Orchestrate targeted sales campaigns.
  • Maintain active pipeline coverage.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including RFI/RFP.
  • Sell supply chain finance solutions to corporates.
  • Sell supply chain finance solutions to financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals.
  • Forecast sales accurately using CRM.
  • Deliver accurate sales commitments.
  • Conduct crisp deal reviews.
  • Control deal next steps.
  • Represent FIS at industry events.
  • Conduct executive briefings.
  • Promote working capital optimization.
  • Advocate for supply chain liquidity.
