- Focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention for blue-collar employees
- Create and maintain EU-level reporting for KPIs
- Measure changes in recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention
- Develop employee skill matrices
- Track training lead times and progress
- Coordinate streamlined onboarding process
- Ensure fast integration into teams
- Formulate training needs and programs with trainers
- Collaborate with external partners for training and recruitment
