Tasks
- Develop and implement a scaling roadmap for the Production Department
- Lead cross-department scaling initiatives with Production and HR teams
- Focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention
- Create and maintain scalable reporting systems for KPIs
- Measure changes in recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention metrics
- Introduce new dashboards and automated tools for tracking
- Define and improve the onboarding process across production centers
- Monitor scalability and process efficiency through quantitative analysis
- Collaborate with trainers to scale training programs
- Ensure consistent delivery and outcomes across teams
- Drive collaboration with external partners for recruiting and training
- Benchmark and implement best-in-class scalable practices
