Tasks

  • Develop and implement a scaling roadmap for the Production Department
  • Lead cross-department scaling initiatives with Production and HR teams
  • Focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention
  • Create and maintain scalable reporting systems for KPIs
  • Measure changes in recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention metrics
  • Introduce new dashboards and automated tools for tracking
  • Define and improve the onboarding process across production centers
  • Monitor scalability and process efficiency through quantitative analysis
  • Collaborate with trainers to scale training programs
  • Ensure consistent delivery and outcomes across teams
  • Drive collaboration with external partners for recruiting and training
  • Benchmark and implement best-in-class scalable practices
