• •Affinity for data, documentation, and tooling
• •Motivation for high-impact organizational topics
• •Excellent German and English communication skills
• •Experience in startup or growth-stage environments
• •Willingness to travel to Hamburg HQ
• •Exposure to rewards or development initiatives
• •Experience in scaled SaaS organizations
• •Admin-level experience in Personio and Leapsome
• •Systems-oriented organizational development foundation

Tasks

• •Drive strategy and execution for organizational development initiatives
• •Translate strategic insights and data into actionable people systems
• •Collaborate with leadership to align requirements and ensure smooth execution

• •Manage organization-wide rollouts, including communications and training formats
• •Support organizational design and workforce planning through detailed planning artifacts
