Requirements

  • •Several years of relevant work experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR role
  • •Genuine interest in people and various roles
  • •Ability to drive new frameworks, processes, and projects
  • •Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
  • •Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • •Willingness to meet stakeholders onsite regularly
  • •Background in Systemic Coaching/Systemic Design/Mediation and/or German labour law knowledge
  • •Exposure to different international markets, ideally in tech and/or automotive

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Act as a strategic advisor to People Managers
  • •Lead key projects in organizational development
  • •Drive and implement programs and initiatives
  • •Collaborate with people managers on leadership support
  • •Assess organizational design and workforce planning needs
  • •Facilitate succession planning and performance management
  • •Navigate stakeholder relationships to balance priorities
  • •Guide change processes for optimal outcomes
