Requirements
- Degree in HR, business, or related
- Extensive experience as HR Business Partner
- Experience in international organizations
- In-depth knowledge of core HR disciplines
- Knowledge of German employment law
- Strategic and operational implementation skills
- Business-minded approach with data/KPI focus
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence
- Integrity and responsibility in critical situations
Tasks
- Partner strategically with senior leadership and executive members
- Advise managers on personnel plans and people strategies
- Support M&A and post-merger integration activities
- Design organizational structures and drive cultural engagement
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and succession planning
- Manage reward systems and performance management processes
- Coordinate workforce planning with People Centers of Excellence
- Identify capability needs and define development initiatives
- Steer transformation and restructuring processes
- Mitigate legal risks and resolve employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with works council and legal requirements
- Recruit strategic key positions with Talent Acquisition
- Implement global projects to advance the people strategy
Education
- Bachelor's degree
