Requirements
- Proven track record in IT solution sales or consulting with major German airports/public transit operators, ideally with existing customer relationships
- Established personal network among key stakeholders in German airport/public transit sector, understanding of internal processes, governance, and digitalization priorities
- In-depth understanding of regulatory landscape (KRITIS, NIS2, BSI IT-Grundschutz, KRITIS-Dachgesetz) and ability to translate compliance to use cases
- Strong familiarity with partner/consulting ecosystem, working knowledge of public procurement law, framework agreements, and EVB-IT contracts
- Understanding of core operational processes in airports/public transit and ability to connect to IT solutions
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in regulated organizations
- Native-level German
- Good command of English
