- Over-achievement in sales
- Sales experience in data, analytics, cloud, or AI-driven solutions
- Strong understanding of data platforms, AI/ML, BI, analytics strategies, governance
- Hands-on experience positioning data-driven transformation solutions
- C-suite engagement and partnership building skills
- Co-creating vision and strategy at executive level
- Consultative and complex sales process experience
- Orchestrating multi-stakeholder engagements
- Leading cross-functional pursuit teams
- Bridging technical detail with business value
- Translating complex data/AI concepts into clear outcomes and ROI
- Consistently exceeded quota in German Public Sector/Federal market
- Grown territory or accounts in German Public Sector/Federal market
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Aligning internal teams and partners behind customer vision
- Awareness of data, AI, and analytics trends
- Bringing forward insights to shape customer thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 40–50%
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Germany
Tasks
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Develop and execute AI, Data & Analytics sales strategy
- Create and maintain a target prospect list and account plan
- Build AI-Ready vision with C-Suite executives
- Position data and analytics strategy to business transformation
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants and cross-functional teams
- Deliver impactful demonstrations and solution roadmaps
- Act as a trusted advisor for AI-Ready Data
- Understand customer’s current and future data strategy
- Work with Core Account Executives and other solution areas
- Design and deliver integrated, outcomes-based solutions
- Present thought leadership at customer and industry events
- Support regional partner ecosystem
- Enable partners on solution value
- Develop joint go-to-market motions
- Ensure cohesive customer experience
- Qualify prospects rigorously
- Develop new revenue opportunities
- Focus on high-value, strategic engagements
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure
- Manage and expand customer relationships
- Ensure successful phase one value realization
- Oversee and ensure customer adoption and advocacy
- Renew and upsell customer contracts
