Requirements

  • Over 10 years direct sales experience
  • Ability to partner with System Integrators, Channel, Alliance partners
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years enterprise software direct/indirect selling experience
  • 3+ years application/development space, SaaS, PaaS, Cloud experience
  • Strong technical sales background
  • Ability to explain business value to executives
  • Experienced managing complex sales processes
  • Experience/Success with named account selling model
  • Proven track record partnering with Global/Local System Integrators/Channel Partners

Tasks

  • Add new logos
  • Manage the entire sales process from discovery to close
  • Leverage network to gain selling opportunities
  • Uncover and manage new selling opportunities in geographic territory
  • Develop relationships with C-level executives across business and IT units
  • Validate and qualify customer technical and business requirements
  • Articulate value proposition and ROI/TCO tools to business stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Upsell and cross-sell
  • Build customer rapport
  • Achieve sales quotas quarterly and annually
  • Develop sales strategy in allocated territory
  • Create target prospect list
  • Develop regional sales plan
  • Work with partners to sell solutions
  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Develop ongoing revenue streams from new and existing accounts
  • Collaborate with Global and local SIs and Channel partners
