Requirements

  • Over 10 years of direct sales experience
  • Ability to partner with System Integrators, Channel, and Alliance partners
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years direct and indirect selling experience in enterprise software
  • 3+ years experience in application & application development space, SaaS, PaaS, Cloud offerings
  • Strong technical sales background
  • Ability to explain business value to executives
  • Experienced managing complex sales processes
  • Experience/Success with named account selling model
  • Proven track record partnering with System Integrators and Channel Partners

Tasks

  • Add new logos
  • Manage the entire sales process from discovery to close
  • Leverage network to gain selling opportunities
  • Uncover and manage new selling opportunities in a geographic territory
  • Develop relationships with C-level executives across business and IT units
  • Execute a sales process to validate and qualify customer requirements
  • Articulate the value proposition and ROI to business stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Upsell and cross-sell
  • Build customer rapport
  • Achieve sales quotas quarterly and annually
  • Develop a sales strategy for the allocated territory
  • Create a target prospect list
  • Develop a regional sales plan
  • Work with partners to promote OutSystems solutions
  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Develop ongoing revenue streams from new and existing accounts
