Requirements

  • Extensive experience in strategic account management, IT/strategy consulting, or quota-carrying enterprise software sales
  • Proven track record of selling complex solutions to large, global enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrable strategic and conceptual thinking
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and cloud platforms
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong personal presence and professionalism
  • Proven project management skills
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics and/or IT
  • Can-do attitude and proactive nature
  • Inspirational leadership skills
  • Direct experience selling into the Transport & Logistics vertical
  • Proficiency in CRM and AI landscapes
  • Formal training in value-selling methodologies

Tasks

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders
  • Craft tailored narratives and value propositions for customers
  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional internal team
  • Manage complex sales cycles from inception to closure
  • Engage with IT leadership and Enterprise Architects on technology solutions
  • Serve as a thought leader in the Transport & Logistics sector
  • Consistently exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
