- Refine SAP’s GTM operating model
- Improve collaboration and governance structures
- Enhance execution processes
- Lead capability building efforts
- Improve organizational design and role clarity
- Support large-scale GTM transformation initiatives
- Ensure alignment with global frameworks
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Enable coordinated program delivery
