- Align business objectives, target account lists, and execution plans
- Engage with CXO customers, focusing on Head of GBS
- Ensure customer needs are understood and met
- Foster strong relationships and drive adoption
- Design scalable engagement models for multiple customers
- Elevate and simplify GBS messaging with Marketing and Industry teams
- Measure and analyze business KPIs and Regional OKRs
- Provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive shifts
- Inform AI-native GBS GTM strategy and positioning
- Represent the company at industry events and forums
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
