- Combine commercial acumen with operational expertise
- Ensure software becomes integral to construction sites
- Bridge multi-layered hierarchies at major customers
- Own the strategic roadmap for accounts
- Orchestrate internal and external stakeholders
- Execute vision without focusing on technical details
- Shift focus from features to business outcomes
- Build concrete ROI models
- Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Prove monetary value to decision makers
- Secure long-term renewals
- Identify and qualify upsell opportunities
- Conduct value-based conversations
- Solve human resistance in construction
- Convince skeptical site managers to adopt technology
- Ensure standardized workflows are adopted
- Manage decentralized teams
