- •German or Spanish language skills

- •Drive product usage and advise on best practices
- •Provide technical guidance and high-level product support
- •Proactively identify and manage customer issues
- •Advocate for customers and contribute to the product roadmap
- •Build customer testimonials and referrals
- •Develop account plans focused on customer growth
- •Increase renewal rates and identify expansion opportunities
- •Maintain high data quality in the HubSpot CRM
