- •Manage commercial deliverables including renewals and entitlement consumption
- •Drive solution adoption and identify expansion opportunities
- •Coordinate reference activities and value-based business outcomes
- •Collaborate with account management on unified customer strategies
- •Develop digital strategies using SAP customer experience solutions
- •Advocate for customer needs within the internal organization
- •Orchestrate internal resources to support digital transformation
