- •Understanding of SLA-driven approach
- •Fluent in German for client communication
- •Experience in SaaS related to fashion & textile supply chain, CSR/ESG or Clean-Tech
- •Dedication to sustainability

- •Manage customer relationships to ensure project success
- •Define a quarterly framework and success roadmap with KPI-driven goals
- •Plan and execute the activation of customers' supply chain networks
- •Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues and needs
- •Understand brand and supplier needs to provide insights to the product team
- •Identify up-selling opportunities within existing customer networks
