- Leverage internal resources and partner channels
- Utilize SAP’s industry-specific solution portfolio
- Conduct White Space analysis for up-selling
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams for sales outcomes
- Position SAP solutions effectively against competitors
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
- Lead remote and virtual account teams
- Align team activities with customer objectives
- Maximize value from the sales support ecosystem
- Drive customer adoption of cloud solutions
- Utilize Customer Success Management tools and practices
- Ensure renewals and maximize the customer footprint
