Senior Controller / FP&A Analyst(m/w/x)

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in FP&A, controlling, or strategic finance
• Fluency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Confidence in financial modeling and reporting
• Experience with accounting and planning tools
• Knowledge of SaaS and GTM metrics
• Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration
• Detail-orientation, clear communication, and dependability
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity and strong business sense
• Degree in Finance, Business, or Mathematics
• Experience in audit, advisory, or banking
• Familiarity with product-led growth metrics
• Tech-savvy and interest in automation
• Knowledge of VAT, transfer pricing, or IFRS
• Python skills or willingness to learn
• Experience working in distributed teams
• Right to work or visa eligibility
• English language proficiency

Tasks

• Own and improve financial reporting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
• Report on P&L, cash flow, and KPIs
• Deliver budget vs. actual analysis by department
• Provide variance insights and commentary
• Support annual planning and budgeting processes
• Manage rolling forecasts across the company
• Partner with GTM teams to analyze funnel performance
• Analyze CAC and campaign ROI
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for compensation and hiring
• Perform capacity planning and financial modeling
• Deliver proactive insights to improve team performance
• Contribute to consolidation and VAT declarations
• Manage transfer pricing and audit preparation
• Design and implement scalable finance processes
• Implement finance tooling for growth
• Support ERP and reporting system enhancements
• Improve data quality and automation
