- •5+ years experience in financial controlling, audit, or accounting
- •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- •Knowledge of accounting principles and integrated financial statements
- •Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems
- •Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- •Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive nature
- •Fluent English and German skills (plus)
- •Collaborative, independent, and solutions-oriented mindset

Bachelor's degree
Work Experience
5 - 7 years
Tasks
- •Develop financial planning and forecasting models
- •Manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow tools
- •Lead quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes
- •Perform detailed variance analyses with team leads
- •Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- •Generate comprehensive monthly closing reports
- •Review actuals and drive corrective budget actions
- •Prepare reports for investors and external stakeholders
- •Analyze historical data to improve financial predictability
- •Optimize financial processes with the accounting team
- •Partner with the CFO on strategic projects
