Requirements
- Around 4+ years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A, or comparable finance role
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, mathematics, or relevant apprenticeship
- Strong affinity for data and advanced Excel skills (e.g. Power Query, Power Automate); experience with Workday or similar ERP/FP&A tools highly desirable
- Independence, analytical thinking, and high quality standards in dynamic environments
- Confident communication in English; German skills are a plus
Tasks
- Prepare and analyze KPIs and management reports
- Take financial ownership of selected business lines or projects
- Develop controlling instruments and drive reporting automation
- Perform variance, profitability, cost, and sales analyses
- Steer budget planning and rolling forecasts
- Collaborate with business line managers and specialist departments
