Senior Client Services Associate(m/w/x)

Requirements
- 4-6 years investment management experience
- EMEA wealth/wholesale/retail distribution or client service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High accountability and attention to detail
- Collaborative working style and effective communication
- Strong client service orientation and proactive approach
- Bachelor's Degree from recognized institution
- Previous client services and/or fund operations experience preferred
- Familiarity with wealth distribution channels and platforms advantageous
- Intermediate MS Office Suite proficiency
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Ability to craft effective prompts for conversational AI tools advantageous
- Comfortable learning new systems and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams
- Capable of multitasking to meet client deliverables and deadlines
- Highly motivated individual with strong initiative
- Capability to work independently and seek guidance
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Tasks
- Support onboarding of funds with new distribution partners
- Coordinate documentation and communications for fund onboarding
- Act as a key contact for platform providers
- Ensure Nuveen funds are accurately represented on platforms
- Manage inbound client requests and mailbox correspondence
- Collaborate with Distribution to resolve client queries
- Support fund offering and investor onboarding for employee investment program
- Develop expertise in Transfer Agent and Service Manager processes
- Escalate issues related to account opening delays
- Maintain accurate representation of Nuveen's UCITS platform
- Update data across external databases and internal systems
- Support Distribution and Product teams with documentation
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for client onboarding
- Lead documentation and maintenance of recurring processes
- Train Reporting Team on recurring processes
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across internal applications
- Identify opportunities to improve client servicing processes
- Recommend enhancements to data management processes
- Assist with compliance for evolving regulatory requirements
- Support Product and Legal/Compliance teams on regulatory projects
- Handle client communications for strategic initiatives
- Manage operational tasks for new product launches
- Contribute to change management activities
- Understand needs of European clients, distributors, and platforms
- Provide responsive service to European clients
- Assist in client onboarding activities
- Ensure adherence to service-level goals
- Provide feedback on internal projects from a client perspective
- Identify service issues
- Resolve service issues with colleagues
- Support sales teams on new business development
- Provide timely responses to sales queries
- Address operational barriers to new business
