Tasks
- Report to the Head of Fund Connect EMEA
- Manage the Fund Connect European business
- Direct business strategy and product management
- Oversee third-party partnerships and sales
- Manage implementation, client operations, and servicing
- Develop trust across the MMF industry
- Build accountability within the State Street organization
- Manage the overall client onboarding process
- Set and deliver on client expectations
- Drive revenue generation effectively
- Participate in sales discovery sessions
- Deliver superior product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop expertise on industry and competitor trends
- Advise clients on business model impacts
- Represent the firm at regional conferences
- Position European Fund Connect products strategically
- Define product features and client benefits
- Establish investment merit and competitive differentiation
- Partner with marketing on sales collateral
- Analyze market constituents and client feedback
- Monitor competitive intelligence and investment trends
- Recommend solutions for product gaps
- Develop marketing themes and competitive campaigns
- Serve as local Outsourced Performance Manager
- Perform initial due diligence on service providers
- Evaluate criticality and risk ratings
- Embed sufficient controls in business arrangements
- Establish SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs
- Provide ongoing oversight of service providers
- Escalate material contractual breaches
- Manage local governance reporting
