Relationship Manager - Client Service Associate(m/w/x)

Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in client service, fund administration, custodial services, operations, sales, investment consulting, portfolio management support or similar fields

- Manage post-sales client relationships
- Deliver high-quality client service with attention to detail
- Manage client queries and delegate to internal teams
- Monitor query resolution progress
- Ensure timely, high-quality responses
- Understand client needs
- Liaise with internal and third-party providers
- Document client service requirements in agreements
- Review service performance
- Achieve excellent client satisfaction results
- Collaborate with team on strategic business objectives
- Collaborate with Relationship and Service Managers
- Ensure seamless client service delivery
- Maintain high communication and confidence levels
- Handle client complaints timely and sensitively
- Follow internal complaint procedures
- Keep clients informed during complaint resolution
- Mitigate client dissatisfaction
- Coordinate client onboarding activities
- Coordinate client change activities
- Ensure correct processes and procedures are followed
- Ensure delivery of agreed client service needs
- Facilitate diagnosis of complex client issues
- Identify service deficiency trends
- Own resolution of service issues
- Collaborate with internal and external delivery teams
- Ensure timely and accurate responses
- Drive continuous improvement in BlackRock's service
- Improve service with external providers (KVGs, custodian banks)
- Contribute to projects improving service and efficiency
