- •Fluency in English and German
- •Experience supporting sales activities for NBFI or FI clients
- •Good knowledge of the German market and industry practices
- •Confident presentation skills, including preparation of client-facing materials
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset
- •Experience in Transaction Banking middle office functions with understanding of operations
- •Assessment on key critical skills relevant for success in role
- •Mandatory regulatory qualifications or minimum qualifications to meet internal benchmarks

- •Communicate value propositions and negotiate beneficial terms
- •Provide expert investment advice and risk management strategies
- •Assess financial, legal, and operational risks in client relationships
- •Document client interactions and transactions for transparency
- •Monitor client satisfaction and evaluate relationship management effectiveness
- •Lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development
- •Partner with other functions and business areas for collaboration
- •Take responsibility for team operational processing and activities
- •Escalate policy breaches appropriately
- •Advise on decision-making within areas of expertise
- •Manage risk and strengthen controls in your work
- •Maintain knowledge of organizational products and processes
- •Make evaluative judgments based on factual information analysis
- •Resolve problems using technical expertise and precedents
- •Act as a contact point for stakeholders outside the immediate function
- •Execute structured engagement plans to identify client objectives
- •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client sectors and compliance requirements
