- Several years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, or similar leadership roles with focus on Chinese market

- Fluent Chinese and English language skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and structured approach
- High travel readiness and flexibility for international assignments
Tasks
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape core business strategies
- Implement international growth initiatives and IPO preparation
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Chinese customers
- Negotiate contracts with partners
- Analyze markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Create business cases and financial models for decision-making
- Lead business development projects focused on China
- Present growth opportunities to the executive board and stakeholders
- Support M&A activities and board-level strategic initiatives
- Travel frequently to China, Berlin, and Leipzig
