Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in digital, agency, or tech-led environments
- Proven success selling complex CGI, production, creative, and MarTech solutions
- Business development expertise including contract writing, pricing strategy, negotiation, and compliance
- Experience in crafting and delivering RFP/tender responses with cross-functional teams
- Project management expertise with the ability to steer scope, risks, timelines, communication, and quality
- Adept at quickly navigating organizational complexity and cross-regional collaboration
- Flexible thinker who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Superb verbal, written, presentation, organisational and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, follow-through and responsiveness
- A positive, collaborative mindset: sense of humour, resilience, curiosity and a can-do attitude
- Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus)
- Experience working with large, global IT organisations
- Experience working and navigating in large MarTech focussed organisations
Tasks
- Manage the entire business development cycle
- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities
- Drive revenue expansion and strengthen customer partnerships
- Collaborate with senior industry leaders on growth strategies
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across industries
- Identify customer needs and define customized proposals
- Prepare compelling presentations and define pricing strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional responses to RFPs and tenders
- Define go-to-market strategies and strategic account plans
- Align messaging with Marketing and share market insights
- Track and report on pipeline health and revenue targets
- Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers
- Recommend value-driven production and digital solutions
- Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and communication
- Contribute to team culture and business planning
- Enhance processes and best practices
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and team development
