- 4–5 years quota-carrying B2B enterprise sales experience
- 1–2 years carbon market sales experience (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communicator and negotiator
- Ability to present complex topics clearly
- Ability to influence at executive level
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Proactive, results-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluency in English
- German language skills (plus)
- Familiarity with AI workflows (plus)
- Familiarity with LLMs (plus)
- Familiarity with automation (plus)
- Willingness to travel to clients and events
- Valid EU/EFTA work permit
- Ability to work within EU time zones
- Prepared to travel to Berlin or Zürich for team syncs
Tasks
- Drive new business growth through multi-channel outreach
- Participate in key industry events
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Co-design automated sales processes
- Collaborate with technology and sales teams
- Conduct effective sales presentations
- Demonstrate products to potential clients
- Negotiate new contracts
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
