Tasks
- Develop and expand customer relationships
- Promote Mastercard’s full range of products and services
- Design and implement customer strategies to enhance profitability
- Identify new business opportunities in the German market
- Lead cross-functional project teams for optimal customer results
- Manage financial performance to meet target metrics
- Serve as the primary contact between Mastercard and the customer
- Foster relationships with internal Mastercard partners
- Support annual and long-term planning cycles
