Senior Account Manager(m/w/x)
Managing European platform sales for mature global accounts in automotive technology. Minimum 2 years sales experience in manufacturing or technology required. 30 days vacation and overtime compensation.

Tasks
- Manage the European platform for a mature global account
- Grow new business and maintain the existing product portfolio
- Identify, quote, and win new business opportunities
- Increase the opportunity space within the customer portfolio
- Develop and execute customer-focused sales strategies
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle
- Influence economic value drivers for the customer
- Drive profitability for the enterprise and division
- Develop customer power maps and identify decision makers
- Analyze customer relationships and recommend engagement strategies
- Articulate value advantages and solutions against competitors
- Gather and distribute customer intelligence internally
- Develop and maintain pricing and cost models
- Achieve revenue and profit targets per budget
- Manage price strategy and engineering change quotations
- Support accounts receivables, invoicing, and price updates
- Provide accurate volume forecasts using market and economic data
- Lead and establish firm quote offers with cost breakdowns
- Conduct regular pricing reviews and negotiate price closures
- Create and maintain value-selling materials for sales pitches
- Deliver booking plans for product lines and segments
- Identify opportunities for MCIP and profit improvement
- Apply knowledge of product development and operations processes
- Partner effectively within a global matrix organization
- Drive internal customer pipeline reviews to meet sales plans
- Identify and communicate future business and development opportunities
- Establish effective working relationships with the customer
- Manage customer interfaces to ensure high responsiveness
- Plan customer meetings and define sales cycle goals
