- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in wiring harness industry, with proven exposure to German automotive OEMs

- Solid understanding of customer quotation logic and financial principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for German OEM customers
- Manage and strengthen daily customer communication
- Develop strategic sales plans
- Execute strategic sales plans
- Expand market share
- Drive sustainable revenue growth
- Work with the AP sales team on commercial negotiations
- Communicate with customers alongside the AP sales team
- Identify customer needs and pain points
- Coordinate solutions using internal resources
- Maintain continuous communication with the AP team
- Ensure alignment on decisions and priorities
- Monitor market trends and customer behavior
- Identify new business opportunities
- Communicate new business opportunities to stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, engineering, and operations
- Align customer strategies with company objectives
- Conduct on-site customer visits
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Support business development activities
