Account Manager Europe – SME accounts and distribution(m/w/x)
Developing new high-value accounts for semiconductor process technology solutions across European markets. Electrical Engineering degree and recent semiconductor sales experience with Tier1s/OEMs required. Frequent international travel across Europe.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Recent experience in Semiconductors Sales
- Experience covering different European countries
- Experience with semiconductors, Tier1s and OEMs
- Experience with international accounts
- Project Management and Negotiations skills
- Target orientation and customer development record
- Leadership skills and self-driven attitude
- Enjoyment of multicultural international environments
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent English and German skills
Tasks
- Manage sales for specific customers and distribution partners
- Deliver revenue growth and design win KPIs
- Assess resources and capabilities to exceed sales plans
- Execute innovative sales approaches to drive profitability
- Identify and develop new high-value regional accounts
- Expand the existing consumer and industrial customer base
- Develop account strategies through market analysis
- Coordinate with manufacturing to launch new products
- Build senior-level relationships with major accounts
