Tasks

  • Manage the European platform for a mature global account
  • Grow new business and maintain the existing product portfolio
  • Identify, quote, and win new business opportunities
  • Increase the opportunity space within the customer portfolio
  • Develop and execute customer-focused sales strategies
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Influence economic value drivers for the customer
  • Drive profitability for the enterprise and division
  • Develop customer power maps and identify decision makers
  • Analyze customer relationships and recommend engagement strategies
  • Articulate value advantages and solutions against competitors
  • Gather and distribute customer intelligence internally
  • Develop and maintain pricing and cost models
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets per budget
  • Manage price strategy and engineering change quotations
  • Support accounts receivables, invoicing, and price updates
  • Provide accurate volume forecasts using market and economic data
  • Lead and establish firm quote offers with cost breakdowns
  • Conduct regular pricing reviews and negotiate price closures
  • Create and maintain value-selling materials for sales pitches
  • Deliver booking plans for product lines and segments
  • Identify opportunities for MCIP and profit improvement
  • Apply knowledge of product development and operations processes
  • Partner effectively within a global matrix organization
  • Drive internal customer pipeline reviews to meet sales plans
  • Identify and communicate future business and development opportunities
  • Establish effective working relationships with the customer
  • Manage customer interfaces to ensure high responsiveness
  • Plan customer meetings and define sales cycle goals
