- Fluent English
- Additional European language desirable
- PhD in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related life science field
- B.Sc. and 5+ years laboratory experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience with databases (Salesforce or similar CRM) desirable
- Office Outlook, Excel, and Word essential
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in ISH and/or molecular biology techniques
- Experience in working with organoids/stem cell culture
- Friendly and tactful personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conscientious, articulate, and possesses excellent presentation and teaching skills

Tasks
- Provide exceptional technical and scientific support to customers
- Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to product inquiries and application questions
- Address customer complaints
- Provide pre-sales technical expertise to the sales team
- Deliver product training to the sales team
- Offer scientific guidance to identify and progress sales opportunities
- Troubleshoot complaints using laboratory experience and product knowledge
- Assist customers with setting up spatial biology assays
- Ensure fast and high-quality customer responses
- Liaise with corporate sites for support and quality control data
- Log all customer correspondence in CRM
- Represent the company professionally
- Notify affected customers of product changes
- Provide product training for new starters
- Utilize phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and online chat for support
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to enhance customer experience
- Partner with the sales team to drive revenue growth
- Provide proactive product training to the sales team
- Offer pre-sales support to identify and convert sales leads
